Unfortunately, snakes can be excellent hiders and escape artisit. If it has not gotten outside and is still hiding in the house, it will eventually come out when it is hungry. The bad part is there is no way to know if he is out or hiding. We had a red-tailed boa the escaped 3 times, and was gone for 3 months each time. Just keep looking and check every small, dark place. Do you by chance have a cat or dog? The first time Rojita got out, she was still a baby. We found her curled up in one of my sister's shoes. Our cats actually found her for us and would just lay staring at the shoes. The other 2 times she was curled up in the coils of our love seat. The always wanted to be in that area, too. Just keep a watchful eye and hope he is still in the house. Good luck!

Some interesting answers there. I once read that if your snake gets out leave the cage open as the snake does consider this to be it's home and might just crawl back.
Either way, ask everyone in the house to keep on the look out and be careful where they step.
Last but not least, don't lose hope.
I hope you find your baby.

well, I'm guessing since you can't find it in your room it must have escaped from the crack under the door. double check the cage first, just in case. then, make sure all windows in the house are sealed and all exits are tightly closed so theres no chance of it escaping while you search, if it hasn't already. have everyone help out. check in warm areas in your home, corners of rooms or creavases. it might even be behind the refrigerator, its quite warm back there. I know when I had a kitty, she was always cold and she used to hide back behind the fridge.
hope that helps. hope you find your snake soon too.
if none of that works, leave out a bowl of water big enough for the snake to imerse itself in but not drown in it, and a heating lamp. keep it on and eventually I think the snake should come back. food should be left out somewhere too, just make sure the live food doesn't escape too. [:

well it will be hard for him 2 survive without water or heat. so to attract him put out little water bowls and a warming pad. also if he does come you should have ducktape down, i know that sounds weird but the way he moves and his scales work he will get caught on it. it may seem mean but if it keeps him there untill u see him(assuming you check often) it will save him. even if u dont want to use the tape idea u should most deffinetley put water and heating pads out. he will die without them. it looks like ive written u a book, lol. well i hope this helps. it usaully works for me (my brother owns a reptile business and i often have to help him find his hatchlings they escape so easily because they are so small)

Get a 10 gallon or 5 gallon tank and put a live mouse in it and leave it in your room at night. Or you could just look around your room/house at night, since they are nocturnal.

You could buy and set a trap for the snake using something as live bait... if they do have traps.. Or check in any damp or dark areas, under large sofas, corners of dark room, garage if you have one.. Snakes like damp warm areas and to go under things so try and check in those types of places.

Snakes usually like to be in warm places. Don't just check in your room, he could be anywhere. Check behind heaters (that includes water heater), check behind the stove, under the sinks, in beds, in and under couches, chairs. Check in high spots(shelves).

my snakes escaped many times, so let me clue you in, normally, underneath small gap under the cupboard, behind of the mirror of my make-up table, between the mattress and my bed, in between my folded clothes, and oh, my favorite, one of them hide inside my pillow (it go inside the pillow cover!!!) took me hours to find him there!! imagine how creative they are.
so lift up everything you have on the floor to checking every small detail in your room. it wont go far. it will normally hide and sleep. it might curl up and press himself between the wall and the gap of your furniture such as cupboard. every time my snakes escape, i have to move around the furniture. u might want to consider that too. best of luck. hope u find it soon!
