I really doubt that you can ever say that you have grown up and that you don't need to grow up any more. Life teaches us lesson and we grow up everyday. This is the best part of living. It is never too late to learn.

One can never say we have finally grown up. I'm pushing 60 and feel 40. I can make my 20 yr grandaughter laugh so much; I laugh along too. She tells me I am fun and funny. I don't feel I have finally grown up. lol =)

When you can look in the mirror and say "About this growing up thing, you're REALLY doing better" in two seconds or less.

And then you walk away, STOP thinking about yourself and START doing things that need to be done.

What needs to be done?
...helping others less fortunate than yourself.
...making the world a better place.
...helping kids to grow up with diverse skills and self-confidence.
...???

Here's a little test... when you can say to yourself "I totally love and accept myself just the way I am" and mean it, you're doing well. When you're not sure, just work on getting better a little bit at a time.

Take care,

Carl : )

If you can say you have finally grown up you're not doing it right.

It's horrible but some say that people never grow up until their parents die, so I guess I'm nearly grown at 48.

once you have really been down on your luck and you've turned it around completely.

Or after you've taken your basic training in the military.

To a point you can say you've just grown up when you reach 21, however you need experience under your belt as well.

If you mean wisdom you are never "grown up". You gain your wisdom and you grow from the day you are born to the day you die.

when you think that you've understood life....but actually you'll never understand life...

you'll still wondering about it when you are 60..

i guess the correct answer is when you can evaluate situation realistically and weigh the consequences without being emotional about it....judgement by the brain not by the heart.

When you can look yourself in the mirror and say "I am responsible for my decisions, right or wrong, and I am accountable for the repercussions. Of the things that are totally out of my control, I am responsible for my reaction."
