i think someone sent them from his phone. They are trying to set him up. I think someone killed his wife and son and sent him a message and he came home and they were waiting for him too.
it makes no sense he text that "the dogs are in the enclosed pool area. Garage side door is open.
when the police gave the first statement they said they had a hard time getting in because the dogs were loose. then who let them out of the pool area and who posted the article that he didn't show up to the ppv because his wife died 14 hours before the police found her dead.
the wwe took everything about him off the website even the police reports. you click on the links and it says not found

I personally QUESTION his MENTALITY at the time of the murders. The text messages are VERY detached and there is an article on Pro Wrestling's Daily News Source questioning his mentality at the time with "sources" from friends and family. The "weird' text messages are just another clue to his mentality at the time of the murders.
He should be remember for the AWSOME wrestler he was and his wife remember for the contrubutions she made as WOMAN! They BOTH deserve to be inducted into the Hall of Fame next year!!!!

i agree with nite. it also could be that benoit came home and found some one there and sent messages trying to get help with out them knowing and was then found. the person saw the messages in benoits phone and then sent them from nancys phone to those people too, the truth will come out and i dont think for a second he killed his family

That was really strange he also said: C, S. My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane. Fayetteville Georgia. 30215. Was he trying to warn people that something was going down at his home? After what I have heard today it sounds like drugs may have been involved. How awful this was!

Sounds like he was trying to establish a timeline, alibi.
Dogs in the pool, garage open sounds like he is leaving it open for someone to kill.

sounds like to me he was saying dogs are enclosed its ok to come in the garage is open where you will find me and my family dead.

Maybe he was trying to get someone to come and check on him before he killed himself. Who knows? All I know is that he murdered his wife and child and then took the coward's route out by hanging himself.

i read this to looks like he was trying to get somone to come there..maybe was a call for help from a man who was mentaly broken down...
