Hi, my name is Sherry and I am an addict. I have been this way for a while it came on gradually. I started my addiction in a simple way as most do.. just experimenting with new things, I found out that it felt good to ask a question and get so much out of it.. it then escalated to answering questions and when I started getting thumbs up.. I knew I had a problem, however I kept up the habit.. I soon found out that the best answer and the 10 points gave me a HIGH like no other. I know that this has a hold on me... I even got a little award in my little community of addicts... "top contributor" oh yes... I know that it is an addiction but I am proud of my little award.
I am glad I have come to this meeting of fellow addicts, I know the first step they say is to admit you are an addict, so I am but I can not stop because I don't want to, so I am not... so I have to say goodbye to the Q&A addiction meeting.

since the day I started!! May 26 2007...I dont know what it is about it!! I always have an urge to gain more and more points, though I dont really get anything out of it! Just some fun!! When I get to level 7 and get a "top contributor" sign next to my name I will be happy...but that is a LONG long way away yet!!
