Ever since I was about 8 I've dreamt about decapitated heads turning up in odd places... I would never hurt anyone though, I can't even eat animals that have been killed. There has to be some sort of meaning behind decapitated heads... that's not normal for an 8 year old.

When I was younger I had a recurring dream of being in a house with a spirit.... I could feel some one in the house and would try to turn on the lights.. But it would stop them from working. I would run from room to room trying all the switches.
Another one is waking up sometimes and seeing some face floating across the bed.

I mostly dream about wild animals in strange places. Sometimes there is a lion in my backyard or a monkey hanging out by the window. LOL once a bear broke into my house in my dream. Most recently (about 4 nights ago) I dreamed that there was a siberian tiger walking along the interstate. I'm constantly dreaming about wild animals.

A recurring nightmare from childhood, which will occasionally re-emerge:
Walking across a very long bridge over what I know to be infinitely deep water. The wood planks beneath my feet give way. I awaken there.
I feared bridges into my 40's, could ride over them, but not walk on them or near them.
My husband took me for a walk, arm in arm, over the Brooklyn bridge last year. I trembled and cried for the first 50 feet. Laughed for the last 50.

Of getting lost, and can't find my way home. Or the other recurring dream which is about having sex with this beautiful girl (whom I do no recognize).

My most recurring dream is that I am a little african american girl and some lady is yelling at me while holding me down in a chair burning my face with some kind of metal object...that and dying.

I have this dream Im on a bike with no brakes like Im on a dirt bike track, but keep in mind im on a regular 10speed and on everyjump.....Im terrified of falling off the bike.. but Ive yet to fall and Ive been having this dream for years since I can remember and Im now 21..!! I usually just wake up and go riight back to sleep ;)

switches from time to time. i'll go weeks of dreaming about death and nothin of flyin. then i'll have dreams of flyin and nothin about death. sex is always in there. the most recent recurring dream has been about a dog doin a back flip. i have no idea what that's about.

A bizarre, hellish, nightmare in which I wake up, only to find I'm still asleep, trapped in the nightmare.
It's not about creatures, places or things, but of reality itself, and the feeling I am not real. I've had it for over 20 years.
