Do women with big boobs ever have back problems?

yes. big breats run in my family... my mom got them reduced because of back issues, she still "slumps" from habbit but getting better. i too am looking into breast reduction, just for this reason. i try to remind myself to sit up straight, lift with my knees, etc, but i always wear a good sturdy bra and try to stay fit!

Yes, all the time. Mine are DD and actually larger but Victoria Secret doesn't carry over that size. Men like them though.

absolutely. Use a good bra to minimize daily strain, but if they're too big they can cause permanant issues.

99% of the time. There are very few naturally endowed women that don't have back pain.
Mine was so bad I had a breast reduction Feb 2006 from a 38J to a 38C.
