Yes I could handle living all by myself, but I wouldn't choose to. I love my husband and my 2 kids so I'm never all by myself LOL I love having people in my home, I love the noise. But on those very special weekends when hubby is at work all weekend (he's a paramedic so he has weird hours) and the kids have gone to my mom's, I'm in heaven, its quiet and I can recharge my batteries.

I have had to. I have been widowed for the past 17 years, and I have no family. In retrospect, I think I have done a remarkable job of handling life and living. It hasn't been easy.but I have managed quite well.

yeah. I have done it. It is actually quite nice. If I could afford it, I would probably still be living alone. But I got a roommate to help with the expenses.

hmmmmmmm.......
I need to grow up more. Having 18 y/o, I depend a lot on my mother. A lot, a lot. Financially (I work too bt I still depend on her), emotionally, and in all aspects of my life. I know I have to learn more things by myself and be more independent but... I don't know. Other people are also an influence on me, depending on their examples.
Look, last year she traveled to my country twice and I didn't go with her so I stayed here with my cousins and brother and I got really sick both times, sick like never before. In summer 2005 she traveled and I stayed in NY with my aunt and I was kinda depressed.. I felt really good with my aunt, to me she's like another mother but although mom and I have big differences and discuss about stupid stuffs (like the color I buy my clothes, she likes bright colors and I like plain ones, lol) if I don't have her around I feel like lost. I want to go to college in another state like 5 hours from here and I don't know, I think I will have to travel a lot, lol. ^_^

Only if I had too. I love being around people too much. Without them I would be lonely. I'm living with my cousin right now and I love it. We never get bored and we always have each other to talk to. I'm going to cry when she moves away.

definitely not... it's like living in an island alone. Who could handle that? Even tarzan had the monkeys, right?

Yes...I have...but not on an Island...I'd be like Tom Hanks was in the movie "Castaway" where he became friends with a soccer ball.

I don't think so, I went from my parents house to having roommates, to living with my fiance. I think I would get VERY lonely and bored living alone.
