ok people in my class said that if they do something to you (i don't know how to explain it yet) then you say bloody marridge rise up and rise my hands......it rises you hands slowly and people say that if it gets half way you can't move it down and when it gets all the way up you get possessed...
Some people tried it and it was working

There is an old trick where someone holds your arms down very hard, while you try to push them up very hard. Then you say some stupid phrase (like bloody marriage etc.) and your arms are released. The residual muscular tension causes them to rise. All the possession stuff is B.S. It is a trick which is mainly physical, but partly psychological. Only people with an IQ lower than their age believe this junk.
