It depends on your intentions. It also depends on local laws and regulations.
Since it has been so long you may need to have a refresher course. It also depends if you have taken the Boards and if they are required in your area.
After all of the paper and testing issues are taken care of, you have a great number of options.
Try salons, chiropractors, gyms, spas, and clinics in you area. It is also possible to start your own business (if you are willing to give it a lot of effort).
It is a growing field, and if you go about it right, you can make a good amount of money. Remember to network and market yourself. There is no advertisement better than pure word of mouth.

So....whatcha waiting for ? Check around with local chiropractors offices and theraputic massage salons. If you don't get employed soon ....you'll be out of date and need a refresher course. Massage therapy doesn't stagnate it keeps movin on ...just like healthcare ...always a new outlook or technique.
