Is it because Guiliani would have to admit Republicans are really cut and run traitors if he were to tel the truth?

Yeah, I don't think.... as in I don't think I can ever expect to hear the truth from Guiliani.
I don't think there's anything to Guiliani being qualified to being President than to having the good luck to having some unexpected visitors come into town too quickly.

I don't know. I think the British actually called George Washington and others fighting for independence 'terrorists.'
I'm sure there may have been some terrorists attacks before 1983. I don't know if you're just looking at some Islamic extremists.
