I have to agree with the above post...Donkey show is basically another name for sex acts with an animal. It is considered bestiality but its damn funny.
Clerks 2 has a rather humorous approach to the material and may be a more...um...acceptable way to understand what it means.
As for the origination....probably a very sick individuals humorous take on it.

if u really wanna know- im gonna try to put this nicely.... its "beastiality"- in other words, a human has sex with an animal. with the donkey show, that animal is a donkey. and the show part of it, well, sometimes a girl will do that in front of crowds.

Yeah I have. And you do not wanna recognise. That used to be a loonng journey again to Texas. None of my acquaintances might even appear at each and every different. It used to be that disgusting, and we have been that embarrassed that we had noticeable it.
