his first error was with 2 outs and a runner on 3rd in a tie game in the 7th, he dropped a ball and couldnt get the out, the run scored and it wasd 2-1 stl
then he tied up the game in the 9th, just to do the same thing in the 11th inning by dropping another one and the mets lost 5-3 because of jose valentin's "outstanding" defense

I'm not a Mets fan. But I am a White Sox fan, and I've seen Valentin in action more than enough.

If you don't mind the terrible fielding, or the propensity to strike out a lot, Jose is a decent player.

If there is anything on the line, you can rest easy that Valentin will blow it if given the chance.

I guess he just had a bad game, but he sure did pick a bad time to have a bad game. Seriously, in a tie ball game you gotta be more careful then that. Plus the Phillies & Braves won tonight so they just lost a game of their lead.

It costed the Mets to cause the Phillies and the Braves won.

What will you say tomorrow if he fields flawlessly and has 3 hits with men on base?
