So why do my guy friend call me b her name? Just in general conversation. We're not a couple but its something going on between us. He's said he doesn't think that she has feelings for her and I'm making it more than what it is? WTF - He DIDN'T think he have feelings for her???!!!

He probably spoke to her a lot, and now is speaking to you about similar things, so the name is just getting confused in his head.
He probably still has feelings for her - its impossible to break up and not have feelings for the person that you have split from - however there is a good chance that the feelings are bad feelings dependent on how/why they broke up!

its not necessarily feelings, it may just be what he is used to. You may do things that she used to do, therefore, he is reminded of her.
