There's no "last episode" in the sense of the final episode of the series. New episodes are still being produced and aired. (However, there must be some rumor to the contrary, because there have been a lot of requests for the "final episode" here in the past few weeks.)
If by "last" you mean "most recently fansubbed," or something like that, you can find some fairly recent episodes at the bottom of:
