Yeah i play alot of Tony Hawk video games (lol!) and yes i have a skateboard and yes i would like to know how to skateboard and get more interested in it.The point is when can we see skateboarding? why does it never come on TV???

The Dew action Sports tour was on a few days ago,and the x-games comes on in August.

It does, it's called the X-Games and Shawn White who is also a snowboarding gold medalist from the Torino Olympics competes in the half-pipe skateboarding for the X-Games.

Skating never comes on TV because some skaters like to keep it an underground sport rather than a mainstream sport. But also, many people have bad stereotypes about skaters and the TV companies don't want to lose their precious money when people won't watch skating shows when they think skaters are punks. Personally, I don't like it when people stereotype and think skaters are bad.

ESPN used to have it a few years ago when Tony Hawk first became popular. Try emailing them and asking why it is not still on. Maybe they thought no one was watching.

its really not a big USA sport but it is a big money sport. i like skateboarding, but the only time you can really see it is during the x-games. some day it will be big enough that they will talk about it on espn.
