in ny as well as many other places, there is fluorine in the water.
theres fluorine in toothpaste, teflon, refridgeration liquids, hairspray sometimes

Speaking strictly, none of the examples contain fluorine, which is F2. Inorganics contain fluoride and organics are refered to as a fluoro-
