Last night on MNR, the WWE presented a special tribute show that recognized the career of Chris Benoit. However, some 26 hours later, the facts of this horrific tragedy are now apparent. Therefore, other than my comments, there will me no mention of Mr. Benoit's name tonight. On the contrary, tonight's show will be dedicated to everyone affect by this terrible incident. This evening marks the first step in the healing process. Tonight WWE performers will do what they do better than anybody else in the world, they will entertain you.

I would tell you word for word... IF MY CABLE WASN'T FROZEN!!!!!!!!! half the tv is fine and the other half wont work...whole house... Apparently something about not saying anything about chris benoit bc hes a murderer... Id be glad to write it down but i dont know...sorry.

he basically said that last nights show would be the only tribute to chris benoit.. that enlight of recent findings in the benoit case . tonights show is a tribute to all of the superstars and that that would be the only time chris benoit would be mentioned
