Tom Riddle's Horcruxes?

What are your theory's on the dark lords horcruxes??

Assuming there are 7 Mine are:
1. His body 2. The ring 3. The diary 4. The Mirror of Erised (sp??) 5. Hufflepuff's goblet 6. the locket at the Black house and the snake.

how would Tom have had time to do that? Harry heard everything that happened that night...just doesn't seem like it to me...

3) Something in Godric's Hollow or the whole house itself
4) The locket from #12 Grimmuld's place that no one could open (the one that R.A.B stole and replaced with the fake one that Harry and Dumbledore stole. R.A.B is Regulas Black)
5) Riddles Prefect Badge
6) Relic of Hufflepuffs'
7) A relic of Ravenclaws'

He isn't a horcrux, I though a horcrux was an object you stored your soul into. His body has 1/7 of the remaining soul but isn't a horcrux, so I think the 6 he made are: (I trust Dumbledore's opinion)

Nagini
and something from Ravenclaw

My thought is he wanted Harry's invisibility cloak becuase I think Harry is related to Gryffindor. Jo said people ask that a lot and she said maybe (about his lineage) But since his powers were taken away he never got that one, and put it into a snake as soon as he regained his body. Dumbledore destroyed the mirror, before Voldemort returned to his body.

6. A part of Harry (might already be destroyed)

The seventh part of the soul was (killed off by AK) in Voldemort's body. Since he made 6 horcruxes and 2 of them have been destroyed, Harry has fo find out about the other 4. I'm sure i've mentioned all of them here, actually.

As for the 7th, I can see how Harry being a horcrux can be very sensational... to have to kill himself and Voldemort at the same time in order to destroy the last two pieces of soul.

I wonder if Voldemort didn't know about accidentally making Harry a horcrux until he possessed him in Order of the Phoenix?

Maybe that's why Voldemort left Harry alone in Half-Blood Prince? Maybe Voldemort thought: "Harry can't kill me, because if he tries, my many horcruxes, including the one inside of him, will keep me from dying"

But, I think it'd be odd if Voldemort was intent on making 6 horcruxes, and then only made 5 with Harry as an accidental 6th. If Harry is a horcrux, then Voldemort probably made 6 horcruxes, plus Harry making 7 horcruxes in all, plus the one in his body, which makes 8 pieces of soul.

I think that if Harry was a horcrux, it would have been an inadvertent side-effect of attempting to kill Harry. Voldemort's soul was split from killing Lily Potter, so perhaps the rebounding Avada Kedavra provided a link between Voldemort and Harry where the piece of soul jumped into Harry's scar without Voldemort doing it on purpose.

The Avada Kedavra rebound has never happened before, ever, so it's unknown what kind of side-effects it could have, such as horcrux-making.

The horcrux wouldn't be a part of Harry's brain, or a part of Harry's self, and would possibly be eradicated without Harry having to die (the diary wasn't burned or completely destroyed, and the ring still existed, but was just cracked)

He can't be his own horcrux, far too dangerous. Using Nagini is just as dangerous as using himself as Nagini can be killed. The whole point of a horcrux is to store a piece of your soul in a safe place in case you die, granting you a measure of immortality, though at a price.

So, what might the seven be? Actually, only six, the seventh part of his soul was never placed in a horcrux, it remains in his body as his soul. So the six horcruxes would be

1. Riddle's diary (destroyed in Chamber of Secrets by Harry)
2. Slytherin's locket
3. Marvolo's ring (Destroyed by Dumbledore at some point between Order of the Phoenix and Half Blood Prince)
4. Hufflepuff's cup
5. Possibly Nagini (Dumbledore's theory due to how fond of her Voldemort is)
6. Some object belonging to Ravenclaw (Why? Voldemort seems to have been using objects belonging to the founding members as horcruxes. We know he wanted to teach at Hogwarts and that both the sorting hat and Gryffindor's sword belonged to Gryffindor. But Dumbledore refused to allow him to teach there, thus making it difficult for him to get a known object of Gryffindor's and use it. We don't know if there were any objects from Ravenclaw at Hogwarts, and as Hufflepuff's cup and Slytherin's locket were not there, it's likely the same can be said for an object of Ravenclaw's)
