Maybe a doll that can speak could exist. I hope there would be one. Even though it isn't quite possible.

There are all sorts of stories about dolls being possessed by spirits and doing all sorts of things, including speaking.
There are also a lot of fakes out there trying to make money off 'haunted dolls' so caveat emptor.

In the early 60's my sister had a "Chattie Kathy Doll". Used a pull cord and had a couple pre-recorded sayings.
Now if you talking evil crap, I dont want to know about it.
