Maybe it was the biggest military cut given by a Republican President. Well he didn't raise taxes he kept that promise, however it was during his adminstration that a new tax showed up. It was classifed as separating one tax into two. Medicare and social security became to separate taxes. If people took the time to add the two of them together they would have figured out that there was a raise in taxes.
