Get the Xclio, for a few reasons. First off, a better quality name. Second it has more amps on the 12 volt rails, which is the important spec to look at. It has a better efficency rating, and has more approvals. Simply better all the way around.

I prefer the Rosewill:
1. It is ATX V2.2 (higher efficiency/less heat).
2. Has both 4 pin 12VATX and 8 pin EPS12V connectors.
3. Has stronger +12V rails.

The 8800GTS will suck its juice primarily from the +12V rail.

Frankly, the Rosewill is a better deal with the mail in rebate. To top it off, they make fairly good equipment and have an established name.

Either one will work but the first one seems more practical but the second would look nice in a clear case.
