Rodolphus. We find out in Order of the Phoenix while Harry is studying the Black Family Tree.
"But Harry was now looking at the name to the left of Andromeda's burn: Bellatrix Black, which was connected by a double line to Rodolphus Lestrange."

Her husband's name is Rodolphus Lestrange.

yeah, it's Rodolphus. or something close to that spelling. pretty sure it's mentioned in HP OotP (5) when Sirius (sob) is talking about his family tree
