You can , but it will likely be standard size . That is, 40' - 80' . Commercially produced apple trees are grafted onto dwarf, or semi-dwarf rootstock , that keeps them to a more reasonable size . It might not be like the parent , if that matters .

Yes. I am a planting nurve, and I was wondering also trying to plant ana plle, just for fun anyway. Believe it or not, I was easting an apple, and I got the seeds out, 4 of them were already SPROUT!! Now I just need to give them more care.
What I am trying to say is that you certainly can but try searching for caring tips. Good luck

Yes, you can. This is what I always do, maybe it might help you. Get a tissue, wet it and place the seed on the tissue (don't fold it in half), place the tissue in a zip lock bag. suck out all the air and place it by a window were it can get light (make sure you can see the seed). When the tissue becomes dry, wet it some more to keep it moist. Give it a week, it will start to sprout.

I've tried planting apple seeds for years until I learned that they are irradiated to kill the seeds.

Yes. They may not all germinate but generally speaking the seeds will grow. I would start them (way more than you need) in small peat pots or peat pellets and keep them well hydrated
