The minutes from that White House "energy meeting" that even the US Supreme Court allowed the Administration to keep hidden. It was probably a major planning session for the war in Iraq, long before the WMD problem was invented.

Actually, he's scrambling (with Bush) to put in reduced standards on clean air, clean water, and other basic business regulation. These need to be in place for at least 90 days to have the force of law, leaving the next President precious little time to correct the damage without having to go to Congress to have it overturned. Don't think for a SECOND that Cheney isn't doing anything bad for America in his last days. That's not his nature and he's not about to change now.

God only knows, he reminds of an evil little bridge troll. I loathed that man from the first time I ever laid eyes on him. I'll admit voting for Bush the first time around, but he almost didn't get my vote because of that obvious shifty-eyed gnome standing next to him whispering little nasties into Bush's ear.
If nothing else the man is like a walking oil well, he just slides when he walks and by the time they get around to being able to nail him he'll have slid so far away they'll never get to him.
