White distilled vinegar

get a hypoallergenic soap and shampoo if on carpeting.
baking soda will absorb some of it, but Lysol bathroom foaming cleaner does the trick. if you really want to go natural, get a small steamer and apply steam to area. steam will kill the bacterias which is what is causing the odor.

1/2 cup of borax in the wash
1 cup of white vinegar in the rinse

lavender oil in warm water
menthol a few drops in warm water
rose oil or a combination of all of the above
