I want to put something other than a yahoo given Avatar there.

To get a custom picture for your avatar, you have to sign up for "Yahoo 360" and upload your image there. (It's free, and I think the link to sign up is available from your "My Profile" page.)
Once you have uploaded your picture to your Yahoo 360 account, you can go to your Yahoo Answers profile ("My Profile" -> "Edit My Info"), and select "Use Yahoo 360 Picture" under the "Picture" options.

Get a 360 Blog. You don't have to put anything on it; I'm putting in recipes and plant things for now. There's a space, on the left hand side, to click, for putting in you own avatar/pix. You can change your avatar as often as you wish. Any pictures you use have to be JPEG's. If you want to down load a picture of a star, you can use that. Anything, as long as it's JPEG. Good luck.

If you wish to difference your avatar and variety of stand proud of the group, uncover some thing no one else has. For illustration, my avatar and username is an homage to one in all my all-time favorites, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. I would have simply used a photograph of Steamboat, however I desired to be a bit of exclusive. I suppose my avatar is beautiful famous and folks can inform that it is me answering simply by a look at my avatar. WQ: I could under no circumstances ever ever watch the WWE ever once more ever. Seriously, I'm watching for Edge to drag off the disappointed to relatively promote the character difference again to the "psycho" Edge.
