Every day and the amount of time varies... When I work out I listen to it for a solid two hours... And then some... On average I would say about two hours a day...
I rarely see television... So this kind of takes the place of sitting on my bum with the remote in my hand..... If I listen to music I am always doing something else besides sitting unless I am on the puter......... :o)

I liston to my music 24/7 my iPod is going everyday of the week, full blast in my ears. When I'm playing video games, I liston to my ipod. When I watch a music, I liston to my CD player softly in the background. When I talk on the computer. I use itunes. And right now I'm listoning to Slipknot - Surfacing. There acually a pretty good band. If you like really really heavy metel rock. Thats all I liston to. MUSIC IS MY LIFE

Everyday, I take my sounds with me everywhere I go without it I go insane. I LOVE MUSIC ^_^ Music is my life. There is always a tune following in my steps ^_^

At home I listen to my son's music. He plays it loud enough for everyone to hear.
