eat very slowly, chew your food thoroughly and put your fork down between mouthfuls. drink a glass of water before and during your meal. know when you are full, i have a tendency to want to finish everything on my plate, even when I'm bursting! put smaller portions on your plate. avoid white food (bread, potato rice). worked for me, i lost 8lbs. good luck!

Apple cider vinegar tablets are great to speed up your metabolism.You take a tablet about 30 minutes before every meal.

Salads until you never want to see another salad again aslong as you live. Oh and use fat free dressing. Cost more but works.

stop eating red meat--- it is easy, works, and is healthy in many ways....
