Okay, so I work in a big company which there are mostly college girls that work there including me. Well, I heard this group of girls teasing this older lady behind her back about her chewy cake which they would not even taste. It was really good. Our supervisor was in this conversation too. So today, I heard from someone that that same group was teasing a girl that has acne, and she wore a wig to work- she is black too. Again, the supervisor was laughing with them. So, I just am not sure if I should report this to a higher supervisor or if that would just be making trouble for myself.

that happens everywhere, dont report it. i work in a hospital and i see the exact same thing. ITS EVERYWHERE OUT THERE! its a mean, cruel world

There's always a group of mean girls at the work place. Just let it be and ignore it.

If you report it, in some way it will come back to kick you in the butt. Hold your tongue and keep your distance. You can learn a lot with your ears open and mouth closed. Good luck.

No I wouldn't report it but I would stay clear of those people.

it would be making trouble for yourself.....
people like that make me sick.........
just ignore them and try and find another job somewhere
where the people are human.
