Well people are entitled to their on opinion, but personally I think anyone with blonde hair would look better with black or brown hair, even white people. I just don't like blonde hair. But everyone has different taste. :)

There are quite a few natural blonde Hispanics and African-Americans (trying to be politically correct here, so if you prefer a different term, insert that instead).
As for Asians dying their hair blonde, well, the Western world has become a huge influence. There are thousands of Asians who have dyed their hair blonde, tanned themselves because tanning is all the rage in the west, and in quite a few cases, had eye surgery so their eyes are not slanted.
It's called Hollywood and it's effects on the modern world.

I have to agree, blonde doesn't look right on a Sicilian woman because of the deep olive skin (depending on whether you're from the Arab Side or Greek Side of the island, or Piana degli Albanesi.)
I actually had to bleach mine to get a pesky red I'd put in out. My hair is brown black (I'm Native American) and it really didn't go with my olive skin. But on some people, the contrast is striking. I like that.

I feel that it is because people are always saying Blondes have more fun. Women want to be what ever the man wants and a lot of women in America think that all men want a white woman with Blonde hair. Since they can't be White they dye their hair Blonde thinkin that some guy will think its just wonderful on them. I work with mainly with white guys and there are a few black guys and black women that work there too. Everytime a woman not white and even some that are white come to work with their hair Blonde, all the guys say "What the hell does the Beautician tell you women to make you do that stupid sh@# to your hair?"

Asians do it because Asian import models and anime have blonde hair. It's really isn't about being natural, it's about the current look.
But there are Asians and blacks with blonde hair. The Hmong of China and SE Asia have blonde descendants so do the black Aboriginal Australians.

Some of it is self image. They think they look better or that they can act differently if their hair is different. At the end of the day it is all the same in the dark, blond or brunette, red, or streaked. Getting it is all that matters, hair color is a non issue.

It's all about expression. I have seen quite a few women of color who dye there hair blond, and they look great. I don't dye my hair blond because I happened to like being a brunette, but it really is the choice of the women as to what color she may like her hair to be.

Jet black hair. I have truly dark brown hair and I consider dark hair looks better. I may really like blonde hair.

Some black and hispanic women do have naturally blonde hair. It's not usually the same tone of blonde as white women have though, it's a deeper more champagne color. I have blondes in my own family, though they have the light skin to go with it. In thier case it is natural, in Serena Williams case, it is not.

Who says they're trying to pass it off as natural? They may just like it that's all. And some women (not asian though) look good with blonde hair. Shakira(hispanic), Eve(black) look very good with blonde hair in my opinion.
