Call the clerk of the court in the state in which your husband lives,it's all public record. Also, he must put it in the local newspaper where you live in the public notices if he acknowledges where you live. He must have you served with papers in some form.

I can't believe you weren't served with some kind of papers, but you might look up whatever city you think he's in, find the phone number for the clerk of courts, and call and ask.
