There is a species of turtle called a pink bellied sideneck turtle. They have very pink bellies, but it doesn't really extend into the top of their shell.

Several turtles have some pinkish colors, and some genetic variations of some species are very pinkish, but there is not any normal 'pink turtle'.

actually the pink dolphins are more of a whiteish color so I turtles usually don't come in those colors.
