you can't technically force anyone to do anything, but you can "convince" them to, by threatening or persuading them. or if you literally like pick up their arm and move it, that works too. lol

You have not heard of mental or psychological torture?
Also do not forget physical torture.
Plus if I am stronger then you I can force you to move.
Or If I threaten physical violence to one of your family members....

If someone pushes you or someone holds a gun to your head you'll probably do what they want. You don't have much choice, therefore are "forced".
