They are NOT here in the O.C. (California). Remember how much fun they used to be out in the streets at night BEFORE they got banned? =)

Where I live all of the fireworks are legal however due to the drought they have reduced the kind to non-air born fireworks.
I grew up in So. Ca. and lived there all my life until last year and even the hills of Calif. are dry right now.
Safe 4th wishes.

I have to go all the way to Tennessee if I want some decent fireworks. All they allow here are those things that sparkle on the ground for a few seconds and burn out.

They are legal here but they were not 3 years ago since then they changed it! Now as long as you have a bucket, a hose, some gloves, a firestick, and a flashlight, you are ok to do them in your driveway or sidewalk approach! We used to have to sign a form now that is gone as well.

We're in the country in Nebraska, and we can shoot off pretty much what we want here. Some things are illegal and so are not sold in the state, but neighboring Missouri has everything if you want to go all out.

If it is dry, you do have to be extra careful not to start fires. We're sensible about it.

Still fun here in America's heartland! I feel sorry for all you guys & gals living in those police states. ;)

There aren't legal where I live. I'm on top of a mountain and there's too much potential for a brush fire. We used to have a blast with them in my old neighborhood, but honestly, my son's so much of a pyro that it scared me a bit.

They are not legal here in P.C. Florida either.

Plus we are under a burn ban, so we may not have our yearly show on the beach either.
