To the best of my knowledge, you can only become a werewolf through a user-created mod...

I downloaded a large collection of mods (something like 37 different mods - covering everything from Werewolf/Lich transformations, a Dremora playable race, the ability to start the game BEFORE the emperor's death, and many more) from a site (I THINK it was oblivionsource). One of the mods allowed the player to become a werewolf - in the similar way as becoming a vampire.

But in the original game itself - I don't think this can be done (and I know nothing about the two expansions either).

I know for sure that you can become a werewolf in both Morrowind (with the Bloodmoon expansion) and Daggerfall - I'm not sure about Arena though...

Sorry you can only become a werewolf in one of the expansions for The Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind you can't become one in Oblivion and yes feeding as a vampire makes you look normal again it also lets you walk in sunlight but you need to feed once a day or you start getting ugly and take damage in sunlight again.

Search for the add-on.
It is available on PS3 too, go to The Elder Scrolls IV:
Oblivion website, via the PS3 navigator.
PC game access is easy as unzipping and
installing.

You can't become a werewolf, only a vampire.
