The most beautiful things in life are not seen or touched, but felt with (known by) the heart.
Physically/spiritually?
I say >spirit<.
Depends on a woman's spirit, thus character, thus peace, inner beauty, etc, which then radiates outward. Outward beauty lacking inward beauty, is.... sad. Like a beautiful red Ferrari w/no engine and no comfortable seat to feel comfortable in.
Beauty is in the spirit, if the spirit is of God. If the soul bears God's spirit. If not, it's only an ever empty, unfulfilled, physical thing. And men, are mostly physical/visual.
Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder to a degree. But with what eye? Eye of the heart/spirit, or eye of the body/flesh?
Beauty is only secondary though. A reflection of the substance and condition of the heart and soul.
If beauty were everything, then, well, Lucipher was the most beautiful of created beings God said. And, well, beauty has a way of going to the head. Whereas spirit, and character, is the true substance. Depending on whatever is in the abundance of one's heart. If it's beautiful inwardly, radiates outwardly.
Me, I've struggled with the beauty of women for many years. Lust. Desire. The perfect "image". Etc. And well, men being very visual, it jacked me up. Now, I'm abstinent, waiting till marriage for sex. And resisting the desire to "look". Devoted only to one. I'm engaged. My fiance is a lil chubby at times. I struggle. But, she has the perfect heart. To me, noone compares to her! And love, love is a choice. I accepted things, and chose her. And, I even told her that I would marry her even if she could'nt have sex! Cuz she is so beautiful inwardly. I never thought I could do it. But God is good. Soooo good. I just wish she was'nt 14,000 miles away! Arg! But, I will wait. She's all I want and desire.
So, what is most beautiful in/of a woman?
It's hard to see the truth these days. It's so covered up and contaminated with the lie. Such as porn. And, the world is getting outta control. Eeeek!
Don't forget to enjoy the ride. But hold on! It's about to get crazy, but moreso very immorally entangled and confused!

Spiritually. For the beauty or ugliness in people is inside; not outside. Do you believe that say, a woman that helps people; but has a scare on her face dose not have any beauty to her? Those you care for others and love God have the greatest beauty.

Most men rate physical beauty lower than personality. I agree.
I am old: there have been a few women I have met that were, well, breath takingly beautiful. But, they would not measure up to my wife. When I had gall bladder surgery, she waited for hours for me to come out of my coma (you know, from the anesthesia), then fed me jello and helped me to the toilet. Maybe she is so caring because she is a Filipina...
But, I would describe a woman as beautiful if she has some shape (breasts and hips, not too big a waist), takes care of herself (showers, etc., combs her hair). A woman does not need to use perfume or makeup.
Spiritually? I guess, be caring, helpful, courteous, esp. to older folks, helpful, remembering of others, esp. those less fortunate.

Beauty is not just in physical appearance, although eye candy is nice, but rich beauty often do not feel they must be spiritually beautiful. It's too bad because beauty is fleeting.

A beautiful woman would be physically attractive, but also be kind and considerate of others. She would have a good heart and a spirit that showed her inner beauty.

beauty, i think comes in many different form. physically i guess like is she fairly healthy and nice skin. spiritually, if she is funny, caring, generous, loveable, just an all around good person. i think that is what makes someone beautiful. if they make a difference.

Physically. Nice round shapes, good skin, good hair.
Spiritually. Nice personality, tolerant, open to new ideas, happy.
Compatibility. The more traits she shares with others, the more she complements other people, the more beautiful she will seem.

I won't lie in saying that physical beauty catches my eye initially. But, in order to keep me interested, she has to be working more with her inner self. I see beauty in a woman's creativity, spirit, smile, laugh, form, eyes - it all depends.

At the first look - offcource physically and later spritually
No one in the world can know you spiritually at first look.
So, Definitly i will go for physical appearence

Just remember, everyone is beautiful to someone. You don't have to be physically attractive to be beautiful.
