ANY sudden or prolonged weight loss for no understandable reason does need investigation by your doctor. It could be the sign of an underlying problem that could get worse untreated. Diabetes is one thing that springs to mind, and celiac disease, is another. But only a doctor could help you find out what it is. Please see one as soon as you can, and if you can, write down anything that you have noticed that has changed (like your weight, those pains you mentioned), and for how long.

Sounds like you're going through a growth spurt, usually though you don't actually weigh any less, just look slimmer because you're getting taller. The pain is probably cramps. Have a chat with your mom about your menstrual cycle and if you keep losing weight go visit the doctor with your mom and have your thyroid gland checked. It might be fun for me to have your problem for a couple of weeks, if it's contagious drop me a line! Only kidding. Get better soon.

It could be an intestinal parasite, like a tapeworm. ICKY! Go to the doctor.

it might be cause you changed your eating habit. your body is used to all the fats you put into it. so when you change ur diet to something healthy you loose weight quicker.
