In "My Documents", when the contents are viewed in thumbnails, the "My music" folder has a picture of an album-art.

The album art, which I deleted the picture a long time ago along with the songs is still on the tumbnail of "My Music" in "My Documents". How do you get rid of it?

My computer is a Windows XP Media Centre Edition 2005

I'm pretty sure that that kind of picture is in "hidden" attribute and somewhat related to the system.

First, go to Tools (at the top win explorer menus)> Folder Options (other way is by Control Panel>Folder Options). Then, at the View tab, enable "show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "hide protected operating system file" (dun worry about this) . Apply them.

After that, View ur My Music folders in thumbnail mode and get rid of that thumbnail (it was named "Folder" ) that u dun't want . Yeah, u can also use the "customize folder" way but that is other people story altogether.

1. Highlight the folder located within the "My Music" folder.
2. Right-click and scroll down to "properties".
3. Click the "customize" tab.
4. Where it says "folder pictures", select "choose picture" to browse for a different picture to use, or select "restore default" to use the default image.
5. Click Ok to save.

Hope that helps!

you basically could desire to pass into my archives, positioned it into checklist mode or something like that. pass into the folder and positioned it into thumbnail view. Your computing gadget will keep in mind this putting (assuming you have it set as much as achieve this.) and every time you pass into the folder, your photos will prepare as thumbnails yet exterior the folder that's going to easily be a classic folder. If that doesn't artwork i do no longer understand what's going to.
