Well...i guess that would be my cousin! He always says his cel phone messed up.....it just happens to mess up when u need a favor or says he going to come over and doesnt come...idiot! I hate people that dont answer their cel phone and have an excuse! They should just throw them away!!

sorry officer , you see what happened is i was reachin for my crack pipe den my gun fell off my lap it got stuck unda da gas pedal forcin me to speed outta control
(dont worry, the officer didnt understand a word i said :P)
