Have your cooling system pressure tested, this will pinpoint the source of your coolant leak. Also have the radiator cap itself pressure tested as the seal and spring-seat are areas of concern. You could have a radiator or heater hose leaking. I had a 1997 Plymouth that leaked coolant from the recovery bottle. The pressure test should give good results at finding your problem.

Check the freeze out plugs in the engine block. Sounds like your coolant is contaminated and is rusting out your engine and components from the inside out. Pressure test the cooling system and trace the leak, maybe a hose or a pinhole in the radiator or just the freeze plugs.
good luck........

Take it back and have them pressure check it again. It could be anything. Don't fret though, it probably isn't serious.

check top&bottom seals on rad...if it has a plastic cap, check for leaks. also check rad. cap......core of rad. could be blocked if you have tried any type of sealant.........the water where i live is so hard that my wife will not use it in her steam iron.......something else to think about.
