Somewhere between $1 and $1 Million, give or take a few bucks.

To narrow down the quote, get some specifics, like your location, size of the rooms, what exactly you want done.

what do you mean when you say remodel the bathroom? such as gut it and start from scratch, change the paint colors or all new bath tub and whole nine yards? The new stove in your kitchen in Indiana would range from 300 dollars to 900 dollars depending on the model you want....you get what you pay for. Your paint at wal mart runs around 13 to 15 dollars a gallon. The basement again your looking to spend for what you want. Tile can get expensive, you have to keep in mind the difference between brands and how much you need things such as that. Drywall is anywhere from 7$ to 20$ again depending on brand and such a sheet. Land scaping I have no clue about. I would say in all your looking at around 5 to 20 thousand dollars worth of work here.

The painting for two rooms, different colors can go to about $350 to $400, depending on where the furniture is, how many windows, how much trim (inc. doors, etc.), and the size of the room. As painters we try to determine how much square feet there is, then we know how much paint it will take.

how big are the rooms, what type of flooring appliances, etc. what type of bushes, trees, flowers? are you going to put tiles on your drywall in the basement or you need to put dry wall and tile the floor? a new stove can cost from the hundreds to the thousands. are you flipping? fixing up? or going to rent it out a million times? we need alot more details to answer this question.
