probably just a glitch. If you're running vista, you're gonna have a lot of them.

go to start run then type msconfig turn off some startup items your not using. Go into services hide all microsoft services and turn off some services your not using. restart the computer and see if it helps. You may also need to do some spyware removing.

Chances are it's a corrupt or outdated video driver. Look for the video driver in your documentation, then go online to see if there's a newer v ersion for your video card.
