its not that hard. Thats how I do my make up every day actually, except for the fake eye lashes.
Well you don't have to use make up or foundation, use a light powder that matches your skintone to look a little more natural. i reccommend MAC
for the yes: The first thing you do is 1) with a black (good brand) eyeliner make a line over your eyes. A little thick so you can cover up the lashes. 2) rim your eye inside with the eyeliner, on the inside like hers so your eyes can lok dark. 3) then apply the lashes, if thats too hard then use your own! just make sure you apply the mascara right and not clog your lashes but expand them. Apply like 2 coats.
For the lips, first put on your favorite chap stick, it helps the color or whatever you put on hold longer, then pick a lip gloss, a color that you like and make sure its shiny. Make sure to apply more on you bottom lip cuz thats where the light hits more, so it'll look more shiny.

GOOD LUCK

take a black eyeliner and line your eyes all the way around and then take a grey eye shadow and dust it with an eyeshadow brush around your top lash line closely and right under your bottom one. then take black eye shadow and cover the lid or grey for a less dramatic look then put on some black mascara! also a little pink blush (the cream kind to rub in so it blends and some pink lip gloss. Good luck!

Apply a thick line of eyeliner on your top lash line. Smudging it helps create the smokey effect. Then put a thick line of eyeliner on your lower lash line BELOW your eyelashes, not on the ledge above them! This will creat a very dramatic, smokey eye.

whatever you do don't use black eyeliner unless you have blue eyes. use brown eyeliner and black/brown or brown mascara. you could even buy fake eyelashes if you really want to look like in that picture.

you will need:

1) black eyeliner on the top and bottom
2) black mascara
3) a little brown or black eyeshadow (dont overdo it otherwise, it will look like you put too much on)
you have great taste by the way-i love the hair, and if you do your makeup like this, im sure you're gonna look great!
