additives are all gimmicks. Just do the routine maintanence on your car. Oil change is the cheapest and best thing for your engine. Tire pressure, driving habits, excess weight in the car, and an out of tune or worn engine components will all afefct your mileage.
good luck.......

Of course, adding certain ingrediants create diffrent effects. Adding nitro can make the fuel come out as exsplosive, and let your car gain maybe 100-200mph max. Placing some napalm lets your fuel lasts longer, but screws with your system (ie jams it).

Its just considered stupid to do that, because whatever comes out of messing with an already volatile mixture can cause an extremely unstable mixture.

There has been studies that prove nothing you put in the fuel tank as an additive really increases fuel milage. Tune your engine up, check your tire pressure and don't drive so aggresively.

Sadly no.

Higher octane (read "premium grade fuel") won't increase your fuel mileage (or performance) either.

Use the lowest grade fuel that meets the minimum octane requirements for your car (check your manual) and drive reasonbly.

If you add Sea Foam to your vehicle it will help your milage if you have a clogged or partially clogged injector.
