okay i need to know the best or fastest way to charge a laptop, is it faster on or off!

off, the ac adapter can only put a certain amount of power out so the less power the laptop is using, the more power will be diverted to the battery. So off.

Off is way faster, it can cut the charging time by half.

It will charge faster when the computer is off because that's just how it is.

Off, of course, with everything unplugged (like the mouse, external drives, cards, etc.).
