You will get your period when you're in the water. What happens is that the blood dissolves in the water and cleans it out of the your vagina so it seems like the bleeding has stopped while you were in the water, but it hasn't. I have gone swimming on my period.

Yes you can start your period at any time.

You can swim while on your period as long as you wear a tampon, or else you will have blood running down your leg when you get out of the water.

yes you still have your period while in the water. you just cant tell it because the water takes the color out of it. sort of watering it down. and yes you can go swimming while on your period just use a tampon. people are silly when they say you cant get your period in water.

iT IS not IMPOSSIBLE to get your periodin water. I am 45 and I would know. It is true that sometimes your "flow" slows down when swimming but there are no guarentees. If you are old enough and have used tampons, that is the solution. Use a fresh tampon before swimming and you should be fine. If it is your first time using them, buy the "super slim" kind or light or regular absorbency (they are more narrow). It's a little tricky at first but you'll get used to it. and contrary to popular belief using tampons does not "ruin" your virginity. Good Luck

Yes. It happens when it happens water, or on ground. You usually avoid swimming when you have your period, but you could use a tampon. Only problem is they can leak depending on how heavy your period is at the time.

No because the water automatically stops it.
