Office Depot, Officemax, Tigerdirect.com. Never buy any electronic equipment from Staples. I learned my lesson with 2 printers, a digital camera, a label maker, and a couple other items. Seems all their electronic equipment isn't up to par and doesn't even last past the manufacture warranty, and the manufacturer wouldn't even honor their own warranty on the 2nd printer they sent to me.

If you mean where you can get hands on and help deciding and explanations about the printer- any of the computer big box stores.
If you mean return policy and phone support for setting up, I would have to say Costco in store or online.
