Bonnie Tyler's song was used in Footloose and later in Short Circuit 2. Footloose was a much better movie than Short Circuit 2.

From what I remember it used to be the theme music for an American TV series where involving an actress who had a bodyguard which I think was called GEMS

Sorry Sharron but you found my weakness. Although I grew up by Hollywood, CA I am not to informed when it comes to movies or television because I don't watch TV too much.
