6/26/07 That would depend on the county itself. I would check the URL of your county (whatever it is .gov) to see if you can.
Check with the following: the consumer division of the local
news (ABC, NBC, CBS). That and a major newspaper in your area. They would know how to proceed. It appears that the local child support division of your county government has screwed up. Note that some cities will not allow lawsuits. Additionally, if you are a city/state employee it might be difficult. But do check with the above resources mentioned.

yes of course you can, depending on the situation. each state has an attorney general for a reason! they are usually located in the state's capital, which is where you should start. if you have been discriminated against or treated badly; if you were ignored or turned down;any of these are good reasons. people can sue social security admin if they are declined benefits, it doesn't make sense that you can't also sue a different department.

in simple terms take a seat tight. further and further illegals are being deported as a consequence of similar rules like the single Arizona surpassed. Already, extra beneficial than a hundred,000 illegals have been deported and or jailed. as properly, many states alongside with California would be utilising E-ascertain. which will preclude employment by utilising illegals or heavy outcomes to employers who hire them. further, well being care and the decline of the yankee greenback is going to force those human beings out. wait and spot and San Francisco will leap directly to the band wagon.

The US Constitution says that you cannot bring suit against the government - because we are the government, it is like suing yourself. However, in today's legal atmosphere it has been done successfully. If possible get a lawyer's advice.
