and on Sundays it costs even more! how does that work??

i dont know for sure but i would like to add a ? to your ? my ? is, also how do they know for sure that your only going to take 1 paper, thats being to trustworthy for now days dont ya think?

They do it by weight of coins. There is also a possibility of a coin counter in there as well. As for the sunday paper it costs more because they print color ads and color ads always cost the company more. Also, think about it there's more stuff in a Sunday paper than there is in a Monday paper.

Do you think they really bother? It costs more money to put a system to check the coins or to put a man there! They depend on your integrity (that you won't cheat on such small things!). In India, they will be surprised to see the whole stack gone in the first few minutes (one guy will lift the whole thing and take it off for selling in person).

it recognizes the size of the coins you put in. It can tell by the size if you put in a quarter and a dime. Now how it figures out on Sundays that the price is different??? Im clueless on that
